Equipment

  • Oven Preheated to 180C
  • 12 Capacity muffin tray
  • two large mixing bowls
  • measuring jug
  • muffin cases

Ingredients
  

Base Recipe

  • 3 cups flour sifted
  • 3/4 cu Sugar brown is best
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 3 eggs Large eggs
  • 1 cup sunflower oil
  • 1 cup milk

Filling – Example

  • 3/4 slab chocolate – chopped to small pieces dark is best – use more, use less – it's up to you and the end result
  • 8 strawberries – diced ultimately you need enough divided accross the full batch, so use more or less depending on the end result that you are looking for

Instructions
 

  • sift and mix dry ingredients together
  • mix wet ingredients together
  • add wet ingredients to dry, add in choice of filling and mix all together making sure not to turn your filling into mush ..
  • spoon into individual muffin casings
  • garnish your muffins
  • bake
  • get stoned, get the munchies, enjoy

  • Apple . Carrot & Ginger ( Garnish with Pumpkin Seed)
  • Sundried Tomatoes, Olives & Cheese – Garnish with Sesame Seed
  • Candied Fruit peel & Apple
  • Blueberries straight up
get creative and load them up with what ever you have in the fridge etc ..
