
The Muff-Cake
somewhere between a muffin and a cake lies the Muff-Cake
Equipment
- Oven Preheated to 180C
- 12 Capacity muffin tray
- two large mixing bowls
- measuring jug
- muffin cases
Ingredients
Base Recipe
- 3 cups flour sifted
- 3/4 cu Sugar brown is best
- 3 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt
- 3 eggs Large eggs
- 1 cup sunflower oil
- 1 cup milk
Filling – Example
- 3/4 slab chocolate – chopped to small pieces dark is best – use more, use less – it's up to you and the end result
- 8 strawberries – diced ultimately you need enough divided accross the full batch, so use more or less depending on the end result that you are looking for
Instructions
- sift and mix dry ingredients together
- mix wet ingredients together
- add wet ingredients to dry, add in choice of filling and mix all together making sure not to turn your filling into mush ..
- spoon into individual muffin casings
- garnish your muffins
- bake
- get stoned, get the munchies, enjoy
