By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to view, purchase or receive any products from Rolling Stoned. By using the site you confirm you are of legal age. We reserve the right to verify age on delivery and refuse any order where we have reason to believe the recipient is under 18.

We sell premium craft cannabis and related accessories. All products are intended for responsible personal use by adults. Cannabis products may impair judgement; do not drive, operate machinery, or perform tasks requiring alertness after use. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion. Stock is subject to availability and prices may change without notice.

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. Once your order has been processed it cannot usually be cancelled.


Same-day delivery (Gauteng) — Orders placed and paid for before 10am qualify for same-day delivery within Gauteng. Orders placed after 10am will be prioritised for next-day delivery.

Priority delivery (Gauteng) — Available to all Gauteng clients at any time at your discretion. Priority orders can be placed at any time and delivered at your chosen time. Delivery charges for priority delivery are higher than standard delivery.

National delivery (outside Gauteng) — Orders outside of Gauteng will be delivered the following business day. Some areas (e.g. Cape Town) may take up to 2 working days depending on courier capacity and distance.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by courier capacity, weather or other factors outside our control. Title and risk pass to you upon delivery.

Your personal details are kept private at all times and are only shared with the courier company handling your transport.

We take great pride in the way we sort and pack orders to ensure items are safe and arrive hassle free.

For health and safety reasons we do not offer refunds on any products. The only exception is if an item you receive is damaged in transit.

You have 24 hours from receiving your parcel to inspect your items and report any damage. Please note we take every precaution to sort and pack orders carefully to ensure items arrive safely and hassle free, but we will accommodate any legitimate return enquiries for damaged goods.

Sealed accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

If a parcel is lost during transit for any reason, we will replace the full order at no extra cost to you.

Rolling Stoned offers a paid membership programme at R500 per month. Membership is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time with no long-term contract.

Paid members receive exclusive perks including discounted pricing (up to 30% off), monthly Vault Wheel spins, exclusive strain samples and testers, access to The High Rollers Members Lounge with chat room, random prize drops, early access and pre orders to exclusive coming soon products, votes on strain review, entry into a separate monthly member competition, and rewards for affiliate promotion.

Membership registration is free — upgrading to the paid tier is handled separately via our support team at support@rollingstoned.co.za. Once activated, membership benefits begin on the date of payment confirmation and renew monthly unless cancelled.

Members who actively promote Rolling Stoned using their personal promo code are eligible for additional rewards including RS branded gear and store vouchers. High-performing promoters are tracked through analytics tied to their promo code usage.

Every order over R500 automatically earns competition entries on a tiered basis: R500 = 1 entry, R1 000 = 2 entries, R2 000 = 4 entries, R6 000 = 10 entries. Draws are conducted at random by Rolling Stoned and winners will be contacted by email. Prizes are not transferable and have no cash value. Rolling Stoned staff and their immediate families may not enter.

Vault spin tokens are awarded by Rolling Stoned and have no cash value. Prizes won on the Vault wheel must be claimed within 30 days of the spin. Tokens can be revoked in the case of suspected fraud or abuse.

Members may participate in The High Rollers Members Lounge including chat room, random prize drops, early access and pre orders to exclusive coming soon products, and votes on strain review. Only paid members can interact. Non-members may view published content and scores but cannot interact with the lounge.

All content on this site — logos, brand names, photos, copy and design — is owned by Rolling Stoned and protected by copyright and trade-mark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or republish anything from the site without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rolling Stoned will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above always shows the most recent version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Gauteng.
